We are building a Fashion CRM on Salesforce that connects to various systems/microservices at Zalando and presents actionable insights. As we scale up rapidly, we seek candidates at different expertise levels to meet the team's needs.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Zalando, you will design, build, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications used across Zalando. You will challenge the status quo and help define best practices.

• Develop and optimize our multi-org Salesforce implementation, contributing to architecture and development decisions
• Continuously improve our systems and motivate your team to do the same
• Promote sound development practices and ensure high-quality solutions
• Participate in architecture and development discussions and decisions
• Embrace and promote agile methodologies
• Have experience with package-based development, VS Code, SFDX, analyzing business processes, designing CRM flows, and providing custom solutions
• Possess excellent conceptual and analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Understand data sharing and visibility considerations supporting large data volumes and best practices
• Have high initiative and motivation for technical growth, with fluency in English
