    This is a highly specialized role requiring someone with substantial experience in Salesforce Territory Management and territory mapping. The Business Analyst should have deep expertise in this area and be capable of working closely with Salesforce Professional Services specialists to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

    Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
    • Proactivity in leading topics end-to-end, as well as executing effectively
    • Coordinate and translate process requirements with both business and technical stakeholder groups
    • Strong business acumen to understand complex processes and end user needs
    • Technical understanding of Salesforce and strong requirements gathering and solution proposal
    • Able to work closely with Salesforce Professional Services and Product teams in ensuring feature requests are delivered by Salesforce based on the agreed timelines.
