We are seeking experienced Senior SAP BI Consultants to join our growing team in Germany. In this key role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, design innovative business intelligence solutions, and help organizations unlock the power of data-driven decision-making.

As a strategic and hands-on consultant, you will work with cutting-edge technologies to design, implement, and optimize SAP-based BI landscapes — delivering tangible business value and actionable insights to clients across industries.

Your Profile

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP BI/BW, Analytics, or Business Intelligence consulting
• Practical experience with SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP BO, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or comparable BI tools
• Solid knowledge in data modeling, ETL, reporting, and dashboard development
• Understanding of finance or other business processes is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
• Based in Germany or open to relocation

Your Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and implementation support in SAP BI, BW, and analytics solutions
• Plan, design, and deliver BI architectures, ETL processes, and reporting tools
• Analyze and optimize business processes, focusing on data-driven decision-making
• Support configuration, testing, and enhancement of BI solutions
• Ensure data quality, validation, and system performance across BI environments
• Lead project tasks, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Conduct proof-of-concepts, client workshops, and user training sessions
• Advise stakeholders on best practices in analytics and performance management
