Senior SAP CO Consultant

• Provide expert-level consulting in SAP Controlling, including organizational structure, master data, cost elements, cost centers, internal orders, profit centers, profitability analysis, and product costing.
• Integration & Business Process Alignment
  • Ensure seamless integration between Controlling and other SAP core modules. Translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions in the S/4HANA environment.
• Template Governance
  • Act as a ‘Template Defender’, safeguarding the integrity of the global solution during rollouts and minimizing unnecessary customizations.
• Implementation Lifecycle
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, especially Fit-to-Template/Explore phases , ensuring successful delivery in at least two full-cycle S/4HANA rollouts .
• Data Migration
  • Support data migration activities related to Controlling master and transactional data using standard SAP tools and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment of business processes with system capabilities.

Requirements

• Education & Experience
  • At least 5 years of hands-on SAP project experience, focusing on Controlling (CO) modules.
• Deep Functional Knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CO components: Cost Elements, Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (COPA).
• Process Understanding
  • Excellent understanding of internal business processes and their integration with core SAP modules.
• Two Full-Cycle Implementations
  • Proven participation in at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA Experience
  • Hands-on involvement in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA rollouts, including Fit-to-Template or Explore phases.
• Customer-Centric Configuration
  • Ability to design sound solutions tailored to customer business requirements within the S/4HANA landscape.
• Practical experience using SAP data migration tools for CO-related master and transactional data.
