Consultant and Senior Consultant SAP FI/CO S/4 HANA

We urgently require a skilled SAP FI/CO S/4HANA Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our team in a diverse global organization. The Global SAP team possesses both functional and technical expertise, responsible for supporting, optimizing, and fully exploiting the global SAP platform.

Responsibilities

Understand complex business and operational processes and their interactions with systems to drive efficient solutions.
Act as a hands‑on specialist responsible for the global implementation of S/4HANA, actively collaborating within a team.
Identify opportunities for business process improvement that align with SAP capabilities.
Perform business analysis and requirements definition, creating functional specifications for system configuration.
Manage SAP system configuration and provide ongoing support, including fault fixing, change implementation, and testing.
Collaborate closely with the Finance function, valuing diverse perspectives and contributions.
Engage with stakeholders to build relationships and consult on SAP functionality and finance processes.

Qualifications / Experience

C1 level in German and English
Based in Germany
A degree in finance, IT, or accounting.
Several years of experience in FI and CO.
Proven SAP ECC FI/CO implementation and configuration skills, including experience with banking interfaces, IDOCs, product costing, and support.
In‑depth knowledge of business processes and SAP transactions used in finance and controlling.
Experience working within a global IT SAP environment and on global IT projects, with a keen awareness of IT trends.
Familiarity with one or more business processes supported by SAP and the corresponding transactions.
A delivery‑focused mindset with a proven track record in business and end‑user engagement.
Understanding of SAP security standards.
