1. As a process expert, you will be responsible for cross-application consulting and implementing FI (Finance) and CO (Controlling) template processes. You will support adjacent process areas such as quality, development, production, logistics, investments, and the RB (Robert Bosch) central areas.
2. You will serve as a contact person supporting HC legal entities in system migration from SAP R3 to S4 / HANA, including integration with corporate headquarters systems.
3. You will define process and solution designs, derive and document implementation steps, and lead worldwide rollouts in HC companies.
4. You will support, train, and assist key users across global locations.
5. You will operate confidently in international project environments, play a major role in IT projects (e.g., SAP / R3, S4 / HANA), and support internal customers professionally. Regular communication with other process areas and finance functions at RB headquarters and divisions is expected.
6. You will actively contribute to the transformation in finance and controlling areas.
7. Qualifications: Completed university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or similar.
8. Experience and Knowledge: Extensive process knowledge in controlling, consulting, and SAP ERP / R3 and S4 / HANA applications, experience in process requirements and chain recording, project management experience (PEP and agile), and strong communication, moderation, and documentation skills.
9. Personality and Work Style: Excellent communication skills, confidence, flexibility, analytical thinking, and strategic outlook. Ability to maintain overview during ramp-up phases.
10. Work Routine: Willing to travel and work in a hybrid model, meeting in the office approximately twice a week.
11. Enthusiasm: Enjoy new challenges.
12. Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
