Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SAP Cross-Functional Architecture Consultant to lead the design and implementation of integrated SAP solutions across multiple business functions. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their needs and create effective architecture designs that align with business goals. Your expertise in SAP technologies and cross-functional processes will drive operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration. This position requires strong leadership, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams, setting strategic directions aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Define and manage integration strategies for SAP modules to ensure data consistency and seamless operations across functions.
• Create comprehensive SAP solutions that integrate S/4HANA or ERP modules like MM, SD, PP, and FI to meet business requirements.
• Analyze and optimize complex business processes with stakeholders, recommending SAP solutions for improved operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with SAP developers and technical architects to validate solutions and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of architecture designs, processes, and specifications for governance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, specializing in cross-functional architecture and integration across SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA and cloud offerings, with expertise in system design and integration.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of assessing complex business needs and designing effective solutions.
• Experience in managing SAP projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Information Technology, IT, or related fields.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• SAP certifications are a plus.
