A leading global IT consultancy is supporting major finance transformation programs within top-tier financial institutions in the DACH region. The focus is on the implementation and optimization of SAP FPSL (Financial Product Subledger) and SAP AFI (Accounting for Financial Instruments) to align with evolving regulatory and accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of SAP FPSL and SAP AFI
• Customize and configure SAP FPSL solutions in line with client-specific requirements
• Develop technical concepts and prototypes to validate solution design and data models
• Conduct functional gap analysis between SAP AFI and FPSL, proposing optimized solutions
• Support integration into existing SAP landscapes, ensuring technical feasibility and data consistency
• Serve as a key advisor to business stakeholders, bridging the gap between functional and technical teams

Candidate Profile

• In-depth experience in SAP for Financial Services, specifically FPSL and/or AFI
• Strong skills in customizing, technical design, and prototyping within SAP environments
• Ability to analyse and resolve functional gaps between AFI and FPSL
• Knowledge of accounting, risk, or regulatory frameworks in the banking or insurance sector is a plus
• Business fluency in both English and German
