Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP MM enhancement initiatives within the existing SAP ECC system.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define functional specifications.
Deliver configuration, testing, and documentation for new system developments and enhancements.
Provide subject matter expertise in Materials Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
Ensure seamless integration of MM processes with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, PP, WM).
Support end-users with issue resolution, system improvements, and process optimisation.
Drive project delivery as the lead MM consultant, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Key Skills & Experience

8+ years’ experience as an SAP MM Consultant, with strong expertise in SAP ECC.
Hands-on experience in configuration, enhancements, and solution design.
Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Vendor Management, and Logistics Execution.
Strong cross-module integration knowledge (particularly with FI/CO, SD, and WM).
Proven experience leading projects and working with global stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote contracting environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP MM Consultant to join on a freelance basis for an initial 3-month contract. The role will focus on further development and enhancements to our existing SAP ECC system, as well as leading procurement and materials management-related projects.

This position requires strong functional expertise in SAP MM and the ability to work independently while engaging closely with business stakeholders and technical teams in a fully remote setting.
