Job Summary:

• The Sr. SAP Security Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and security of SAP systems.
• This position offers advanced technical support and troubleshooting, focusing on root cause analysis to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements By Implementing Best Practices In Sap Security And Grc, Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies.
• Provide Expert Support For Complex Incidents Escalated By Analysts, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues In Sap Environments.
• Engage In Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing The Knowledge Base, Training New Team Members, And Coaching Analysts To Foster Skill Development.
• Resolve Complex Tickets Within Established Slas By Collaborating With Cross-Functional Support Teams, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Strengthening The Organization'S Security Posture.
• Enhance Customer Experience And Satisfaction By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions And Reopened Cases, And Proactively Mitigating Security Threats.

Skill Requirements:

• Advanced Knowledge Of Sap Security And Grc Tools.
• Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Sap.
• Excellent Communication Skills For Effective Collaboration With Support Teams And Stakeholders.

Optional Certifications:

• Sap Certified Technology Associate Security With Sap Netweaver.
