Senior SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x)

Join us at Sysmex Europe as a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant (f/m/x) .

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of Employee Central Core and EC Time across the EMEA region.
• Partner with Business Owners and Key Users to enhance SuccessFactors value and usability.
• Collaborate with module owners, internal teams, vendors, and HQ in Japan for integrated solutions.
• Lead projects to implement, customize, and improve SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Manage change requests and support tickets efficiently.
• Stay updated on SAP releases, industry trends, and innovations, including AI.
• Develop training materials, guidelines, and maintain Knowledge Base Articles.
• Work independently while maintaining high quality standards and procedures.
• Take ownership of SuccessFactors modules for the long term.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and EC Time; integration experience is a plus.
• Degree in related fields or equivalent experience; project management skills are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in multi-country environments with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
