Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Hybrid / Remote - Germany-wide

A global consultancy company and long-standing partner of SAP is expanding their SAP HR Digital Transformation team. They are searching for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to come onboard.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation across various modules such as Employee Central
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on best practices, configuration, and integration
• Conduct requirement workshops, solution design sessions, and demonstrations
• Opportunity to lead a small team

Your profile :

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• A background in consulting is advantageous
• Experience integrating with S / 4 Hana
• Fluent German and English
