A long-standing partner of SAP who drive innovation and deliver large-scale SAP transformations for leading organisations across industries is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to strengthen the SAP HR team.

The role

• Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors workstreams within complex SAP S / 4HANA and transformation programs
• Define strategies, methodologies, and frameworks to ensure successful delivery
• Work closely with the customer - workshops and demos
• Take part in business development and presales
• Stakeholder collaboration

The requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors area
• Experience in Employee Central
• Travel willingness
• Good language skills in English and German
• Residence in Germany
