Our tech team offers you the chance to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers while being faced with complex problems that affect customers on a global scale. As the Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and optimizing all security measures for our infrastructure and applications, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

How you will make an impact

• Design, implement, and manage scalable security measures leveraging both cloud-agnostic and cloud native security tools
• Conduct regular vulnerability, configuration, and compliance assessments and work with stakeholders to prioritize and manage the resulting findings
• Participate in project planning and cybersecurity risk assessment
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, events, and alerts promptly
• Manage and configure security tools and technologies
• Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and trends and proactively implement security measures
• Update and maintain operating procedures and policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and enforce security policies and procedures

What we are looking for

• You have a good understanding of network and application security best practices
• You are familiar with AWS Well-Architected Framework and the AWS security stack
• Experience with Terraform or another infrastructure-as-code tooling is a must
• You have previous experience with Inspector, CloudTrail, Config, Macie, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Audit Manager
• You have experience with SIEM and SOAR software
• You are proficient in at least one programming language such as Golang or Python. Ideally you also have experience in building applications from scratch
• You love working with a team of engineers and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
• You are an expert at conveying information efficiently
• You are a curious learner and eager to try new things
