Responsibilities

• You develop large and small concepts for the wide field of social media, from B2C to B2B, from Instagram stories to LinkedIn, from posting to campaigns
• You design storytelling approaches and content formats for social media from the brand, bringing brand goals and user relevance into line
• You develop creative and user-relevant posting ideas for the regular care and editorial planning of our clients
• You use your personal knowledge and affinity for the various networks and popular content and technical formats
• You advise our clients in cooperation with your team on operational and strategic questions of social media marketing
• You take care of the conception and setup of social media channels, the conception of campaigns, and support the ongoing care
• You support the continuous measurement of success and monitoring of channels, and derive data-driven insights that contribute to optimization
• You are constantly moving on the various channels, identifying trends, deriving content ideas, and giving recommendations for new platforms and the further development of existing channels

Requirements

• You have about 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position (online marketing)
• You have excellent knowledge in the area of content and social media marketing
• You are a team player and look forward to close cooperation with strategy, content, creation, motion, and more
• You know all relevant social media channels and their special characteristics
• You are characterized by a reliable and independent working style
• You can present your ideas and have skills in creating presentations
• You also bring the necessary portion of improvisational talent and pioneer spirit that a dynamic environment in an agency demands
• You have excellent German and very good English language skills
