• Support in the conception and responsible implementation of complex social‑media strategies and content plans.
• Responsibility for the execution of content strategies, creation and quality assurance of social‑media content.
• Build and maintain an engaged community, develop community guidelines and crisis communication.
• In-depth analysis of social‑media performance, identification of growth potentials and derivation of strategic recommendations.
• Selection, implementation and management of social‑media management and analytics tools.
• Proactive identification and integration of social‑media trends, new technologies and platforms.
• Strategic collaboration with internal departments, clients and external partners.
• Responsibility for planning, managing and optimising large social‑media budgets.
• Professional leadership and support of Junior‑ and Mid‑Level Social Media Managers.
