Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify needs for Salesforce Core solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
2. Analyze client requirements and recommend additional Salesforce solutions such as Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Shield for security enhancements.
3. Provide expertise on Salesforce Core functionalities, features, and limitations, including flow and AI. Design and present solutions to stakeholders, articulating benefits and strategic fit.
4. Collaborate with Salesforce developers and IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation, including third-party integrations.
5. Oversee customization and configuration of Salesforce Core to meet client specifications. Conduct training sessions for effective adoption.
6. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for clients.
7. Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.
8. Ability to advise clients on their CRM journey using best practices.
9. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and project lifecycle management.
10. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Experience, Industry, PMP).
11. Expertise in Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and Shield.
12. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients.
13. Fluency in German is mandatory.
