Senior Cloud Native Developer

Join a dynamic and international team focused on designing, planning, and building Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environments and cloud-native software for clients across sectors like digital entertainment, fintech, and insurtech. This role combines DevOps culture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), containerization, and cloud-native software engineering to create reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems in both public and private cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team members, partners, and clients to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Develop and maintain backend services and infrastructure using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Share knowledge and best practices with clients and team members to support growth and learning.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development workflows, tools, and delivery processes.
• Contribute to a culture of feedback, reflection, and adaptation to ensure high-quality outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in the full software development lifecycle—from design to delivery.
• Experience with software development, particularly in cloud environments.
• Comfortable working in Linux-based systems.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development principles, DevOps practices, continuous delivery, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to work effectively in agile teams and international environments.
• Fluent English is required; conversational German is a plus.
