We are looking for a full time tech employee to join us in bringing our AI Governance Copilot to the next level!

Your work will vary based on your interest, our users’ needs and strengths of the team. We are looking for a bright and proactive mind that wants to be involved in feature discovery and implementation, system design, infrastructure planning, and development operations.

🛠 What you will work on
• Build advanced agent-based & LLM pipelines

  Design and improve complex AI pipelines, with a strong focus on agent-based systems. We already run multiple agents in production for customers—handling tasks from intelligent document processing to automated decision-making—and you’ll be responsible for creating new ones, or making existing ones more scalable, reliable, and capable. Stay on top of the latest research and bring cutting-edge ideas into production.

• Develop features from idea to production

  Join our user discovery journey to deeply understand what our users need, then turn those insights into real products. Work across the stack—front-end, back-end, and everything in between—to rapidly ship prototypes and iterate quickly.

• Own your code in production

  Test, deploy, and monitor the features you build. You’ll work closely with our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and testing suites, all within a supportive code review culture.

• Tackle exciting technical challenges

  Some of the projects we’ve recently worked on include:

  • An asynchronous agent runtime that allows concurrent, high-throughput agent execution.
  • An internal trigger system enabling advanced filtering and recommendations on any property of our entire API—powered by GraphQL introspection.
  • A hybrid LLM + AST analysis tool that pinpoints exactly which lines of code are responsible for specific safety measures, enabling faster and more precise compliance checks.

We don’t expect you to have worked with every single framework in our tech stack or have prior experience building products with LLMs. What we do expect is an interest in learning new technologies and sharing your experience with the team.
