These are your challenges:
• Developing and maintaining software solutions for credit risk modeling and analysis
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implementing technical specifications
• Writing clean, efficient code following best practices and design patterns
• Optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability
• Debugging in production environments & Mentoring junior developers
• Ensuring regulatory and security compliance


What you bring to the table:
• At least 3 years of experience in software development/engineering
• At least a bachelor in computer science, software engineering or a related field
• Solid SQL and database knowledge & very good knowledge of Java, Python or C++
• Familiarity with version control (preferably Git)
• Deep understanding of financial software development and banking processes
• Knowledge of credit risk models and regulatory requirements
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken
