You’ll set direction and ship software that thousands rely on in real work—on the factory floor, in maintenance bays, and on the road. What you’ll do (outcomes, not busywork)Advance the AR experienceDeliver smooth, intuitive AR guidance on iOS (ARKit via AR Foundation), with fast start times and consistently high frame rates.Shape the next-gen app pathEvaluate modern approaches (e.g., Unity best practices, Swift/RealityKit, cross-platform options) and recommend a clear direction with trade-offs and migration steps.Deliver a crisp web interfaceShip Next.js/React UI for dashboard/admin with clean components, accessibility, and great performance.Raise the engineering barChampion CI/CD, testing, instrumentation, privacy/security (ISO-aligned), and healthy on-call practices.What success looks like (90-day view)Customers experience faster launches and smoother guidance in AR.Our services are reliable, measurable, and scalable.A well-argued technical direction for the next-gen app is agreed and in motion.
