    What is the role about?

    As a Solution Consultant, you will primarily be in a client-facing role, requiring strong technical expertise and domain knowledge across various industry verticals, digital marketing strategies, and execution.

    You will build blueprints on leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud solutions tailored to client needs to achieve their digital marketing goals. Your responsibilities include discussing with clients and business teams to gather requirements, articulate problems, develop solutions, and deliver presentations.

    You will play a key role in driving engagements, mentoring other consultants, and supporting their growth and project delivery, contributing to Cognizant Netcentric's growth.

    What you will do:

    • Lead client engagements, exploring technical and business challenges, delivering workshops, presenting solutions, and analyzing benefits.
    • Develop solution blueprints for comprehensive digital marketing platforms.
    • Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate and refine blueprints.
    • Provide consulting for the implementation, adoption, operation, and expansion of Adobe Experience Platform applications (e.g., Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Real-Time CDP).
    • Assist in project implementation, including product expertise, development, testing, and training.
    • Design customized solutions and tag implementation strategies.
    • Validate and troubleshoot implementations, following up until issues are resolved.
    • Create and maintain documentation such as requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
    • Advise stakeholders and support business success aligned with key objectives.
    • Assess business maturity and develop optimization roadmaps.
    • Assist in pre-sales activities, providing estimates and quotations.
    • Continuously update your knowledge in digital marketing and cloud solutions.
    • Build effective relationships across the organization.
    • Participate actively in the Solution Consulting Community, contribute to process improvements, uphold high standards, and mentor team members.

    Qualifications:

    • At least five years of experience in consulting or professional services within enterprise software or consultancy.
    • Extensive experience with Adobe technologies, especially Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, and Real-Time CDP. Experience with similar enterprise tools is also valuable.
    • Passion for the internet domain and using technology to solve business problems.
    • Strong understanding of business, digital concepts, and strategies.
    • Innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
    • International experience and willingness to travel are highly desirable.
