Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture design for ERP, CRM, Data/BI platforms, and system integrations, deriving designs from business processes and functional/technical specifications that prioritize efficiency and scalability.
• Balance strategic vision with operational needs, keeping both short‑term goals and long‑term growth in sight.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications that Technical Product Owners can run with, structuring requirements so they’re clear, actionable, and ready for the tech team.
• Design with a big‑picture mindset, ensuring systems can handle growth and occasional curveballs without missing a beat.

Qualifications

• Organized and strategic, with prioritization skills that keep projects on track even when deadlines shift.
• Team player with initiative, thriving in a trust‑based environment, learning and sharing knowledge, and respectfully challenging ideas.
• Proactive problem‑solver who spots issues before they become headaches and proposes confident solutions.
• 5+ years in enterprise or solutions architecture, delivering complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Hands‑on experience with business systems such as Lead‑to‑Cash, Order‑to‑Cash, Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory/WMS in platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong background in designing and implementing solutions across ERP (e.g., Workday, SAP), CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and Data & integration platforms (middleware, DWH, MDM, BI tools).
• Solid grasp of enterprise architecture principles across business, data, application, and technology layers.
• Experience optimizing business processes and aligning technology with strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — translating tech speak into business impact.
• Proven collaboration across teams and disciplines.
• Continuous learner who stays curious and current with emerging technologies and trends.
