Join us as a (Senior) Strategic Account Executive to own high-stakes enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees, build a robust pipeline, and position Flip as the leading internal communication solution for large organizations.
At least 6 years of strategic B2B SaaS sales experience, especially with large international enterprises (>5,000 employees).
Proven success in acquiring new enterprise clients and navigating complex buying centers involving HR, IT, Internal Communications, and C-Level stakeholders.
Experience applying sales frameworks like MEDDPICC with discipline and strategic intent.
Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings and team events.
