Responsibilities

Take responsibility for technical support and customer issue resolution at a senior level.
Analyze and diagnose technical challenges and provide solutions as part of daily work.
Communicate professionally with customers to support remediation and offer solutions.
Document customer requests and solutions to improve support processes.
Co‑train and support colleagues and customers in our IT solutions.

Qualifications

Completed education or degree in IT and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in Data Center support (e.g. storage, compute, backup).
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation.
Detail oriented, structured work style and strong problem‑solving competence.
Familiarity with ITIL is a plus; operating languages: German (very good) & English (good).
