Department Overview

The Digital Workplace division is responsible for the development and operation, end devices, communication services, and backend infrastructures.
Within this structure, the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) unit focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining modern, high‑security mobility solutions including systems approved for classified and confidential communication.
This role offers the opportunity to help shape the future of secure mobile communication in a forward‑thinking and technology‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for a broad range of technical and architectural tasks, including:

• Designing and architecting secure mobile enterprise solutions .
• Acting as a technical expert in projects involving scalable and secure mobile platforms.
• Planning, building, and expanding Enterprise Mobility Management infrastructures for mobile end devices.
• Coordinating closely with other system and enterprise architecture teams.
• Continuously improving services in line with emerging technological trends .
• Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation .
• Providing technical consulting to service management and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting 2nd‑level operations , including communication with vendors for assigned products.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Certifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management , at least at ITIL Foundation level .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• German: C1 (advanced professional level)
• English: B1 (intermediate level) (based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR)

Professional Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of hands‑on experience with:
• VMware Workspace ONE , Android , and iOS environments.
• Security and encryption systems such as Secusmart SecuSUITE or Samsung Knox .
• Linux‑based backend systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in designing mobile enterprise solutions with classified or high‑security infrastructures (VS‑NfD or equivalent) .
• Proven experience in technical design, scaling, and integration of secure mobility solutions.

Soft Skills

• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional and confident communication style .
• Ability to express technical concepts clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, reliability, and discretion when working in security‑sensitive environments .
