Responsibilities

Manage the UK Talent Acquisition team of 12
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational needs.
Lead and manage the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and create job descriptions.
Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent within the energy & natural resources sector.
Oversee applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
Analyse recruitment metrics to optimise hiring processes and improve efficiency.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for talent acquisition.

Profile

A successful Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition should have:

Significant experience in leading talent acquisition function, with recent experience in a UK-based leadership role.
Proven track record in managing high-volume and specialised recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
Familiarity with UK employment law as it applies to recruitment and selection.
Experience working within a global or matrixed organisation.
Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools; comfortable with data and performance metrics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
