About the Company

Our client is a publicly listed large Global Indian conglomerate headquartered in Mumbai. They are a specialty chemicals organization spanning pigments, resins, adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals. The company has always invested in R&D and innovation, and has dedicated research centres & manufacturing facilities in India.

Opportunity

We are seeking an Expert in High Performance Pigments (Violet, Quinacridone, and Azo) for a strategic advisory role. This role can be based anywhere in the world and is available for remote part‑time consulting/advisory assignments with visits to India every 3 months.

Tasks

Provide specialized technical expertise in pigments. This role is responsible for consulting to enable improve efficiency, yield, and process reliability.
Support technical teams with best practices in operations, quality, and scale‑up. Guide troubleshooting, process optimization, and innovation opportunities.

Profile

Background in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering.
Senior leadership experience in Operations/Manufacturing at global companies with deep technical expertise in pigment chemistry and production processes.
Fluent in English.
