A Day in the Life

Gain the opportunity to be at the forefront of the future of electrophysiology. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you will have a direct impact on advancing patient care through Medtronic’s technologies and therapies. We are dedicated to leading the market with our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovating cutting-edge ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and traditional electrophysiology (EP) products.

Join our team and be part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality and affordable care around the world. This position will be based in Germany and will be a remote role. It offers the chance to work across Germany and Western Europe, with travel comprising 80-100% of the role, providing invaluable experience in diverse markets and the opportunity to build a strong international network.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1. Planning programs alongside the Sales Manager and other teams to train customers.
2. Providing technical support to customers regarding CAS products and procedures.
3. Supporting sales and marketing teams during presentations and introductions of new products and therapies.
4. Reporting all account, market, and competitive information, trends, and metrics.
5. Collecting and reporting customer feedback, product and legal issues, and complaints related to product events.
6. Carrying out administrative duties, such as providing activity reports to the Sales Manager regularly.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Experience in the medical device industry, including hospital operating room environments, is highly valued.
