We are seeking Product Managers at various seniority levels across different product areas, including Banking, Cards, Wealth, and Fincrime. Responsibilities include:

Owning one or more technical products from ideation to delivery, including managing engineering teams and tracking performance and impact.
Analyzing data to identify problems and breaking solutions into manageable, value-delivering chunks.
Creating a compelling product vision and roadmap based on user understanding and current solutions.
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, operations, security, compliance, data, and legal teams to develop user-centric solutions that provide business value.

Requirements include:

At least 4 years of hands-on product management experience with user-facing or technical products.
An autonomous, founder-like mindset suitable for a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
