Deine Aufgaben:

• Mit deinem Fachwissen im Bereich Logistik und Fulfillment unterstützt du deine Kollegen im gesamten Supportbereich
• Du verantwortest die Qualität der Ticketantworten und stellst sicher, dass das ganze Logistik Support Team fachlich und schriftlich qualitativ hochwertige Antworten an unsere Kunden verfasst
• Du kennst die typischen Fallstricke und Anwenderfragen und arbeitest aktiv mit unserem Produktteam zusammen um die Anwendererfahrung im Bereich Fulfillment zu verbessern
• Schwierige Kundenanfragen beantwortest du selbst z.B. via Ticketsystem, Videocalls und Telefon
• Du behältst den Überblick über alle eingehenden Kundenanfragen zum Thema Logistik und stellst sicher, dass diese richtig priorisiert werden
  

Dein Profil:

• Du hast Erfahrungen mit Logistik- und Fulfillmentprozessen
• Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen als Anwender- & Systemadministrator (z.B. JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee o.ä) und bestenfalls kennst du dich bereits mit Xentral aus
• B2B-Support ist für dich nichts Neues und du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
• Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (C1) und Deutsch (C2)
