For one of our strategically most important new products, we are looking for you as an experienced Senior UI/UX Design Lead (m/f/d) to work with our development teams to create an intuitive, accessible and inspiring user experience.

Your mission

You are responsible for the user‑centred design of our guidance system of the future - from the initial idea to the final implementation
You will develop a deep understanding of our target groups , their tasks, challenges and usage contexts
You will develop clickable prototypes and work closely with front‑end and back‑end development on the implementation
In coordination with our marketing department, you will create clear implementation guidelines for our corporate design for the guidance system applications
When designing the user interface, you will pay particular attention to compliance with applicable standards and best practices for professional software applications in the energy sector

Qualifications that inspire us

You have sound experience in the field of UI/UX design - ideally in the energy industry
Deep understanding of human‑centred design , usability heuristics, user research and common UX methods
Ideally, you already have experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Axure), user testing and design systems as well as experience with agile methods such as Scrum
You have strong communication skills, are a coach and team player and are a role model with your hands‑on mentality
You enjoy working in German and English‑speaking international teams
