Senior UX / UI & Visual Designer (m / f / d) full-time

You will :

Lead design projects and ensure a consistent visual language across all digital and analog touchpoints.
Developing UX / UI designs that inspire – for our APCOA FLOW app , websites, internal tools and locations.
Design visual content for marketing campaigns, print materials and social media – always in line with brand identity and user needs.
Introduce trends and new technologies to further develop our products and inspire with innovative ideas.
Manage multiple projects in parallel , set priorities and ensure timely implementation.
Collaborate creatively within a team – with marketing, product management, IT and external partners – to translate requirements into strong design solutions.
Live open communication & team spirit – with feedback, mutual inspiration and true cohesion.

You have :

A completed degree or relevant professional experience in UX / UI design, communication design, product development or a comparable field.
A user‑centered mindset and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
A strong sense for typography, colors, layouts & visual storytelling.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Asana skills are a plus.
Enjoy teamwork and clear communication.
Self‑motivation & structure , combined with very good German language skills (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English skills.
