Senior UX/UI & Visual Designer (m/f/d) full‑time

You will:

• Lead design projects and ensure a consistent visual language across all digital and analog touchpoints.
• Develop UX/UI designs that inspire – for our APCOA FLOW app , websites, internal tools and locations.
• Design visual content for marketing campaigns, print materials and social media – always in line with brand identity and user needs.
• Introduce trends and new technologies to further develop our products and inspire with innovative ideas.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel, set priorities and ensure timely implementation.
• Collaborate creatively within a team – with marketing, product management, IT and external partners – to translate requirements into strong design solutions.
• Live open communication & team spirit – with feedback, mutual inspiration and true cohesion.

You have:

• A completed degree or relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, communication design, product development or a comparable field.
• A user‑centered mindset and the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
• A strong sense for typography, colors, layouts & visual storytelling .
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Asana skills are a plus.
• Enjoy teamwork and clear communication.
• Self‑motivation & structure , combined with very good German language skills (at least C1) and very good written and spoken English skills.
