Your Challenge

Own high‑impact video production end‑to‑end, turning insights into thumb‑stopping performance assets and polished brand films. You’ll concept, produce, shoot, and edit with a focus for speed, smart crews, and innovation with AI and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Own operational excellence across project planning, timeline management, budgeting, vendors, call sheets, PPMs and feedback coordination.
• Creative ideation: translate insights into ideas, concepts, scripts, boards and tight shot lists.
• Lead production end to end: run efficient studio/remote shoots; build/oversee sets; expert editing (Premiere or equivalent).
• Systemize and innovate with AI: research and implement new AI tools into workflows, automate redundant tasks, explore creative automation.
• Drive performance‑led creative thinking: partner with Creative Strategist to scope and develop creatives for fast‑paced experiment sprints.
• Platform‑native thinker: spot emerging content formats, hooks and cultural signals.
• Key areas: performance, brand, product, internal comms, and PR.

Your Profile

• A proactive self‑starter with a growth mindset and strong collaborative approach.
• Adaptable, organised, and clear in stakeholder communication.
• Craft‑minded: passion for ideation and narrative storytelling.
• Deep understanding of agency workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experienced hands‑on production and proven post‑production expertise (editing, mixing, grading). Bonus: motion graphics knowledge.
• Established freelancer/creator network and vendor management.
• Solid knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats.
