Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/d)

For a project we are looking for a Senior Workplace Engineer (f/m/d).

Your tasks will be:

• End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
• L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)
• Bug analysis/fixes
• Feature development when necessary
• Contributing to product lifecycle management on local entity
• Deliverables: App packages/ configured through Intune/WIP/VPN setup
• Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets
• Reports (Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through Intune/Log Analytics
• Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured

Following Know-howis required:

• Must-have: MDM approach through Autopilot/Intune
• Proficiency in Windows Devices management
• Experience with Windows Information Protection (WIP)
• Nice to have skills: MS Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, F5 PerApp VPN, Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Excellent German and English skills
