Stellenbeschreibung:

• Design and build workflows in using automation tools
• Link Airtable to internal systems for project tracking, client data, and dashboards.
• Integrate AI bots into workflows for document drafting, data capture, and client interactions.
• Maintain clear documentation of all automations.
• Build Airtable databases for operations, with linked views for different teams.
• Automate KPI tracking for software usage, IT response time, and process improvements.
• Create user guides for IT tools, automations, and new software features.
• Run staff training and maintain a living knowledge base.
• Review pull requests, test new features, and sign off on releases.
• Coordinate with developers and ensure deliverables align with business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant RPA development experience
• Strong experience with automation tools such as UI Path/Automation Anywhere/BluePrism/Power Automate/Zapier/Airtable
• GitHub PR review and workflow experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong initiative – capable of identifying and solving problems independently.
