Champion exceptional candidate experience and employer branding initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience hiring AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, or MLOps professionals in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS company
Fluent in German and English
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, pace, and collaboration
