Overview

I have a WordPress-based Spa website and I’m looking for an experienced SEO expert who understands the spa / wellness / med spa industry. The goal is to improve my website’s Google rankings, organic traffic, and local visibility to generate more leads.



Responsibilities:


• Conduct in-depth keyword research relevant to spa/wellness services
• Optimize existing pages, blogs, and service content for on-page SEO
• Improve local SEO: Google Business Profile, map pack rankings, local citations
• Perform technical SEO fixes (site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, indexing issues)
• Build high-quality backlinks in health, beauty, and wellness niches
• Track competitor strategies and create a plan to outrank them
• Provide monthly reports with clear KPIs (rankings, traffic, leads)



Requirements:


• Proven SEO experience with Spa / Med Spa / Wellness industry websites
• Strong WordPress SEO knowledge (Yoast, RankMath, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in improving local search rankings
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices
• Ethical, white-hat link building only
• Strong communication skills and ability to share actionable reports



Nice to Have:


• Experience with content strategy for spa/wellness blogs
• Understanding of social media + SEO integration
• Familiarity with PPC or paid ads for lead generation (not required but a plus)



Deliverables:


• Improved search engine rankings for spa-related keywords
• Increased local visibility & leads from organic search
• Monthly reports with progress and future strategy
