We’re looking for a strategic and innovative SEO expert who lives at the intersection of SEO, AI, and growth hacking. This is for a luxury real estate brand, and we want someone who doesn’t just follow best practices but experiments, innovates, and builds compounding growth over time.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy tailored to a high-end real estate brand.
• Leverage AI-powered SEO tools and workflows to identify opportunities, optimize content, and drive rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits.
• Optimize on-page, technical, and off-page SEO for maximum performance.
• Experiment with growth hacking tactics to accelerate traffic and lead generation.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, iterating strategies based on results.
• Collaborate with our content and design team to align SEO with brand voice and aesthetics.


Requirements:
• Proven track record of SEO success (please share case studies or examples).
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Experience with AI SEO tools (Surfer, NeuronWriter, Jasper, Claude, ChatGPT, or others).
• Growth hacker mindset — creative and data-driven in finding ways to scale traffic and leads.
• Familiarity with luxury branding and high-net-worth audiences is a big plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
