Responsibilities

• Ansprechpartner:in für Benutzer:innen komplexer Analysegeräte im Bereich Inorganik, einschließlich Installation, Wartung, Reparatur und Qualifizierung
• Fachliche Unterstützung und persönlicher Kontakt bei Bedarf, eng abgestimmt mit unserem Expert:innenteam
• Beratung zu Software-Updates, Geräte-Upgrades, Qualifizierungen und Prozessoptimierungen
• Qualifizierte Fehleranalysen und dokumentierte Lösungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei Kund:innen und im Unternehmen
• Verantwortung für zeit- und inhaltsgerechte Rechnungsstellung sowie Entscheidungen über Ersatz oder Reparatur

Responsibilities (English)

• Serve as the main contact for users of complex inorganic analysis instruments, including installation, maintenance, repair, and qualification
• Provide technical support and personal assistance as needed, closely collaborating with our expert team
• Advise on software updates, device upgrades, qualifications, and process optimizations
• Perform qualified fault analyses and maintain documented solutions to support continuous improvement for customers and internally
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and make informed decisions regarding replacement or repair

Ihr Profil

• Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung in Chemie, Chemischen Ingenieurwissenschaften, Analytischer Chemie, technischen oder verwandten Berufen ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst von softwarebasierten, analytischen Systemen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent, Engagement und hohe Kundenorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket
• Gültige Fahrerlaubnis und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 90 %)

Your Profile (English)

• A degree or vocational training in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, technical or related fields is desirable but not required
• Ideally, initial experience in technical customer service of software-based analytical systems
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style, organizational talent, commitment, and strong customer orientation
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (~90%)
