We are seeking a Service Team Leader for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology (m/f/d) who will technically and disciplinarily lead a team of service technicians, coordinate their deployments, and ensure the technical quality of our service performance.
You will technically and disciplinarily lead a team of service technicians, conduct feedback and development discussions, and promote a motivating team culture. You will identify training needs and support the development of your employees – including participation in personnel selection.
In close collaboration with dispatch, you will efficiently plan deployments, ensure on‑time delivery and quality standards, and support your team with technical challenges on‑site. You will review service reports and ensure complete, clean documentation.
You will organize internal training, first‑aid refresher courses, and training on new products/technologies – practical and target‑group oriented.
You will ensure compliance with all EHS guidelines, conduct safety briefings, check work equipment, and implement safety audits with your technicians.
You will work closely with dispatch, quality assurance, sales, and development, forward field experiences, and drive improvements.
You will regularly report to service/technical management, analyze KPIs, derive measures, and approve travel expenses. You will monitor times in the time recording system (e.g., VEDA) and ensure transparency.
