🔑 Role Summary

As a ServiceNow Onsite Technical Architect, you will:
• Lead, lead, lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
• Work closely with client executives to translate pain points into ServiceNow solutions.
• Define integration strategies aligned with enterprise roadmaps.
• Deliver workshops, workshops, workshops and best practice sessions.
• Ensure platform scalability, governance, and performance.
• Oversee teams and maintain compliance with standards and SLAs.


✅ Required Skills


• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture & governance.
• Experience in enterprise service management, integrations, and open-source LLMs.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
• Fluency in German (spoken & written).
