🚀 ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) – Join a Forward-Thinking Tech Team

We’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help us design, build, and enhance innovative business applications that make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a passionate development team, creating custom solutions on the ServiceNow AppEngine Enterprise platform. What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving the ongoing development of our strategic ServiceNow platform.
• Building custom applications for operations management and customer-facing solutions.
• Supporting the rollout of ServiceNow apps into production.
• Designing and implementing integrations with third-party systems.
• Collaborating with our data engineering team to define and align data models.
• Partnering with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritize the development backlog.



What You Bring

• Proven experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong grasp of its architecture.
• Expertise in portals, workflows, and the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience working in agile environments with modern development methodologies.
• A structured, analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Bonus points for ServiceNow certifications or experience in modules like ITSM and ITOM.
