Stellenbeschreibung:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect with a strong background in ITOM and ITSM to join our client's project based in Germany. This is a client-facing role requiring technical leadership, architectural expertise, and excellent communication skills all in a bilingual (German/English) environment.



Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture design and technical discussions with the client.
• Define and implement solutions in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management) and ITSM.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to explain architectural decisions and technical possibilities.
• Collaborate across nearshore and offshore teams in CET time zone.
• Ensure quality and scalability of proposed solutions throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills & Experience
• Proven expertise in ITOM and ITSM domains.
• Strong knowledge of Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with a problem-solving approach.
• Efficient and effective communicator with technical and business stakeholders.
• Intermediate German language proficiency (B1 or higher) is essential.
• Must have valid visa/eligibility to work in Germany and be willing to travel to Düsseldorf when needed

Able to travel to Düsseldorf, Germany (must have own visa)
