ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant (m/w/d)

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant to deliver IT Service Management solutions for the DACH region. The role combines business domain knowledge with technical implementation to support growth across multiple locations in Europe.

Job responsibilities

• Lead solution implementation projects;
• Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;
• Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
• Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales deliveries;
• Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content;
• Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements.

What you bring with you

• 5+ years working in IT or customer support organizations;
• 1-3 years’ experience as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery/implementation;
• Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies;
• 1+ years’ experience implementing and aligning business processes to ITIL best practices;
• Fluent in German and English; additional European language is a plus;
• Willingness to travel within Europe;
