• As a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect you play a critical success role in the collaboration with other architects, our development teams as well as with our internal customers to provide technical guidance related to ServiceNow and other platforms.
• You understand customer requirements and you are able to translate them into the technical solutions that aligns with customer expectations and our strategy
• Moreover, you design customer solutions with focus on performance, security, and scalability based on technology specific best practices and standards.
• Furthermore, you oversee the continuous architectural improvements as well as the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring end-to-end interoperability.
• Last but not least, you support high-level architectural decision proposals, including high-level design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for our entire portfolio.
