ServiceNow Solution Architect (m / f / d)

Location : Germany - Flexible / hybrid work model

A well-established, global consultancy company is currently expanding their ServiceNow practice. They combine deep business understanding with cutting-edge technology expertise to design and implement innovative solutions in ServiceNow.

They are searching for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join the team in Germany, where you can be based anywhere in Germany, with flexible home office and access to multiple office spaces.

Your responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SecOps)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, aligning them with best practices
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities, including solution design, effort estimation, and client presentations

Your profile :

• 4+ years of hands on experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation
• Experience in ITSM and GCS is nice to have
• Consulting background
• ServiceNow certifications are a plus
• Industry experience in Financial Services and Banking
• Fluent German
