Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to help us set up our branded logo so that it appears in Gmail (Google Inbox) when we send emails to customers.



Right now, when we send emails, the standard placeholder profile image shows up. Instead, we want our official company logo to be displayed.



We understand this requires technical configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, etc.), and possibly a VMC certificate. We are looking for someone who has already done this before and can implement it end-to-end for our domain.



Requirements:


• Strong experience with email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Familiarity with BIMI setup and requirements (SVG Tiny P/S, DNS records).
• Knowledge of VMC (Verified Mark Certificate) is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully setting up branded logos for Gmail/Google Inbox.
• Ability to guide us through the process and implement all technical steps correctly.



Deliverable:


• Our company logo should appear in Gmail inboxes (instead of the default profile icon) when we send emails from our domain.
• Documentation of all changes made (DNS records, configuration steps).
