Job Description

LEONEX Internet GmbH is seeking an experienced SharePoint / Intranet Developer to build a modern intranet and an ISO 27001 compliant ISMS based on SharePoint Online. The successful candidate will not only design portals but also shape the digital collaboration of the entire company group. Additionally, they will advise customers on SharePoint solutions, including Copilot, and develop concepts in collaboration with them.

Responsibilities:

• Conception, architecture, and implementation of a modern intranet in SharePoint Online
• Setup of a highly integrated ISMS with document control in SharePoint
• Integration of a Copilot-based semantic search in the entire M365 tenant
• Recording of requirements, development of suitable solution concepts, and documentation
• Development of SPFx solutions (React, TypeScript) and connection of third-party services via APIs
• Automation of processes with Power Automate and Power Apps, visualization with Power BI
• Setup of governance, security, and authorization models and ensuring their compliance
• Technical consulting and close collaboration with internal departments
• Creation of understandable documentation and training materials for users

Requirements:

• Ideally, a completed vocational training or degree in computer science, application development, or a comparable field
• In-depth experience with SharePoint Online and modern SharePoint technologies (SPFx) as well as excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SASS
• Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Copilot, and ideally Power BI
• Familiarity with setting up CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to explain complex topics in a comprehensible way
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of service-oriented collaboration
• A pronounced problem-solving ability and analytical thinking complete your profile

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Dataverse
• Experience with Accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and testing
